Benjamin Lee has managed all phases of litigation in both state and federal
court primarily in the practice areas of corporate governance, corporate liability, corporate and regulatory compliance, premises liability, general safety, personal injury, and catastrophic injury. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Ben served as a litigation paralegal and legal assistant for 12 years.
Ben received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Charleston School of Law, graduating first in his class. He was a member of the Charleston Law Review, the moot court board and trial advocacy board, a Presidential Honors Scholar, and received the law school’s highest graduate honor through his induction into the Forensic Club. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina. He received his B.A. from the College of Charleston.
